About this site

STL Pond Cleaning is a referral service operated by Thurr Solutions, St. Louis, MO. We are not a pond contractor. When you call or send a request, we connect you with an independent local pond professional, who quotes, schedules and performs the work and is responsible for it.

What we collect: what you enter in the request form (name, phone, ZIP or town, job type, pond size, fish, timing, description and photo note), plus your IP address, browser type and the page you sent it from. When you call, we receive your phone number and call details such as time and length.

How we use it: to pass your request to an independent local pond professional so they can contact you about it, to follow up on your request, and to keep basic records of requests and calls.

Sharing: we share your request only with the pond professional handling it. We don't sell your information.

Retention and choices: to have your information deleted, email therrance@thurrsolutions.com.
