By using this site, calling our number or sending a request, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

A referral service

STL Pond Cleaning is a free referral service, not a pond contractor. We don't do the work ourselves. When you call or send a request, we may pass it to one or more independent local pond professionals. They are not employees or agents of Thurr Solutions LLC.

The contractor you're connected with sets the quote, does the work and is responsible for it. Any agreement for work is between you and the contractor. We don't guarantee that a contractor will be available or respond by a certain time, and we don't guarantee any price or result.

General information only

Information on this site, including guides, FAQs and any cost ranges, is general information. It isn't a professional assessment, inspection, quote or advice about your situation. A qualified professional should look at your job before you rely on it.

Contacting you about your request

When you call or send a request, you agree that we, and the contractor we pass it to, may contact you about that request using the phone number or email address you give us. To stop being contacted, email therrance@thurrsolutions.com. How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy notice.

Acceptable use

Please use this site only for real requests and lawful purposes. Don't send false information or someone else's details without their permission, send spam or automated requests, try to break or overload the site, or use it to harass anyone. We may ignore or block requests that break these rules.

Intellectual property

The text, design, logos and images on this site belong to Thurr Solutions LLC or its licensors. You're welcome to view the site, link to it and quote short parts with a link back. Don't copy or reuse larger parts of it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

This site and our referral service are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise that the site will be error-free or always available, or that its information is complete or current. We don't endorse or guarantee any contractor's work.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Thurr Solutions LLC and its members will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss caused by work a contractor does or doesn't do, arising from your use of this site or our referral service. Our total liability for any claim about the site or the service is limited to $100. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about these terms, this site or our referral service will be handled in the courts located in St. Louis County, Missouri, and you agree to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, the updated terms apply.
